Returns

To be eligible for a return:

- The item must be returned in its original packaging.

- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

- For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (including used pet products) may not be eligible for return.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item).

Exchanges

Refund Processing & Original Payment Method

If a refund is approved, the transaction will be refunded through the original payment method used at checkout. We do not issue refunds to alternative payment methods.
